China Eastern Airlines (00670) has announced that it recently obtained a Commitment Letter issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Shanghai Changning Sub-branch. The main contents of the letter are as follows: (1) Loan Purpose: Share repurchase loan; (2) Committed Loan Amount: Up to a maximum of RMB 900 million; (3) Loan Term: Not exceeding 3 years; (4) Validity Period of the Commitment Letter: The commitment under this letter will expire upon the date the company signs the financing contract with the lending bank. The aforementioned committed loan amount shall not exceed 90% of the actual amount utilized.
