Effective 15 October 2026, Executive Director Ms. Zhang Jinghua resigned from the board, the Nomination Committee, and her role as Authorised Representative. Non-Executive Director Mr. Liu Wei also stepped down. Both cited personal commitments and confirmed no disagreements with the board.
On the same date, Prof. Wang Lihong, aged 45, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and immediately joined the Nomination Committee.
