GOLDWIND (02208) announced that the ninth board of directors has appointed Mr. Cao Zhigang as company president, and Ms. Ma Jinru as company vice president and board secretary as well as company secretary, with terms lasting until the expiration of the ninth board of directors. The ninth board of directors has also appointed Mr. Li Fei, Mr. Gao Jinshan, Mr. Wu Kai, Mr. Liu Rixin, and Mr. Chen Qiuhua as company vice presidents; Mr. Wang Hongyan as chief financial officer; and Mr. Wu Gang and Mr. Zhai Endi as chief engineers. All aforementioned personnel will serve terms until the expiration of the ninth board of directors.
