E-STATION GTECH (ASX: 08475) has announced the appointment of key executives to its wholly-owned subsidiary.

Mr. Ma Yongsheng will be appointed as the President of Qian Sheng (Shenzhen) Holding Group Co., Ltd., effective from June 20, 2026.

Mr. Chen Xin will be appointed as the Executive General Manager of the subsidiary, with his appointment taking effect from June 22, 2026.

Mr. Ma's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, coordinating and achieving the various business objectives assigned to the subsidiary, as well as managing and controlling work quality, costs, and risks.

Concurrently, Mr. Chen will be responsible for the strategic business planning and expansion of Qian Sheng (Shenzhen).
