HC GROUP (HKEX: 02280) has announced that on July 10, 2026, the investigation committee, on behalf of the company, entered into a supplementary agreement with Grant Thornton Advisory to appoint the firm as the independent forensic investigator to conduct a forensic investigation.

On the same date, the company's audit committee, also acting on behalf of the company, appointed Grant Thornton Advisory as the independent internal control consultant to carry out an internal control review.
