Beauty Farm buys back 24,000 shares for HKD 0.42 million; treasury stock rises to 3.32 million

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. reported a share repurchase on 8 July 2026 under its existing buyback mandate. Key points are as follows:

• Volume and price: 24,000 ordinary shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 17.28 to HKD 17.70, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 17.52 per share. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.42 million.

• Capital structure impact: – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 248.30 million to 248.27 million. – Treasury shares increased from 3.30 million to 3.32 million, bringing total issued shares (including treasury shares) to 251.59 million. – The repurchased shares represent 0.0097% of the company’s outstanding shares prior to the transaction.

• Mandate utilisation: – The current share-buyback mandate, approved on 26 June 2026, authorises the repurchase of up to 24.85 million shares. – Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 249,000 shares, equivalent to 0.10% of the share capital at the date of the mandate.

• Post-repurchase restrictions: Hong Kong listing rules impose a moratorium on new share issues or the sale/transfer of treasury shares until 7 August 2026.

All repurchases were executed in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, and the company confirmed full compliance with all listing and legal requirements.
