During the same period, the Group's sales area reached 12,500 square meters, with an equity sales area of 7,292 square meters; the Group's average selling price was approximately RMB6,499 per square meter, and the equity average selling price was about RMB7,516 per square meter.

For the 12 months ended December 31, 2025, the Group's total contracted sales were approximately RMB763 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 19.43%; the Group's equity-contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB716 million.

In the same period, the Group's total sales area was 67,200 square meters, with an equity sales area of 58,900 square meters; the Group's average selling price was approximately RMB11,400 per square meter, and the equity average selling price was about RMB12,200 per square meter.
