Overall revenue from this channel remained stable and recorded modest growth, mainly driven by increased procurement from franchisees and contributions from customized purchases by major clients. Concurrently, the company continued its strategy of closing unprofitable direct-operated offline stores, leading to a reduction in the total number of such stores and a corresponding decline in revenue from this segment.

Revenue contribution from online channels was notably significant. This was partly due to the continued strong performance of the Wanshanhong sub-brand's online operations.
