The outgoing CEO, Mr. Tao Jingyuan, resigned from his chief executive position on 2 February 2026 due to work rearrangement. He remains an Executive Director of the company and confirmed no disagreements with the board. The board expressed gratitude for his contributions in this role.

Additionally, the board appointed Ms. Ning Mengmeng (Executive Director) and Mr. Choi Tze Kit Sammy (Independent Non-executive Director) as members of the Nomination Committee, effective on the same date.
