Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) said on Mar, 11 2026 that it repurchased 500,000 shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at prices between THB 9.35 and THB 9.70, spending approximately 0.18 million Singapore dollars.

The purchase is part of a programme approved by the board on Sep, 18 2025, authorising the company to buy back up to 220,000,000 shares, or 7.68 % of its paid-up capital, through on-exchange transactions until Mar, 20 2026.

Including the latest transaction, STGT has repurchased a cumulative 97,679,910 shares, equal to 3.41 % of its paid-up shares, for a total consideration of roughly 29.37 million Singapore dollars.
