On September 7th, the chairman acquired 82,500 shares of Kingboard Holdings Ltd (HKG: 00148) at a price of HKD 51.70 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HKD 4.27 million.

Following this purchase, the chairman's latest shareholding amount has risen to roughly 3.78 million shares, representing a shareholding ratio of 0.33%.
