Lenovo Group Limited announced price adjustments for its outstanding US$2.00 billion zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2028 and for the related warrants, reflecting the HK33.7-cent final dividend approved on 23 July 2026.

Following the dividend declaration, the conversion price of the 2028 convertible bonds will fall 3.40% from HK$9.70 to HK$9.37 per share. The revision takes effect on 8 August 2026, the business day immediately after the dividend record date. All other bond terms remain unchanged.

A similar adjustment applies to Lenovo’s warrants: the exercise price will decline 3.44% from HK$11.92 to HK$11.51 per share, also effective 8 August 2026. No other warrant terms are affected.

The interim dividend of HK8.5 cents per share, announced on 20 November 2025, produced an adjustment of less than 1% and was therefore carried forward and incorporated into the current recalculations for both instruments.

Lenovo emphasized that all other conditions governing the convertible bonds and warrants continue in full force without modification. Yang Yuanqing signed the announcement in his capacity as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on 23 July 2026.
