Wai Hung Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 3321) issued a circular dated 13 February 2026 outlining a proposal to change its auditor and convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). The proposal follows the retirement of Global Link CPA Limited at the conclusion of the latest Annual General Meeting. A resolution to appoint Prism CPA Limited as the new auditor will be put to shareholders for approval.

According to the announcement, there are no unresolved matters between the Company and the retiring auditor. The audit committee considered Prism CPA Limited’s capabilities, market reputation, proposed fees, and independence before recommending its appointment.

The EGM is scheduled for 9 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Portion 2, 12/F, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. The register of members will be closed from 4 March 2026 to 9 March 2026 for determining shareholder eligibility to attend and vote. Share transfer forms must be lodged by 3 March 2026, and proxy forms must be submitted by 7 March 2026. The proposal to appoint Prism CPA Limited will take effect upon shareholder approval at the EGM.
