HK FINANCE GP (01273) announced that on December 24, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, HK FINANCE GP (as the lender), entered into a new loan agreement with clients AC, AD, AE, and AF (collectively referred to as the borrowers). Under the new loan agreement, HK FINANCE GP agreed to grant the borrowers a new loan with a principal amount of HKD 15 million. Prior to the execution of the new loan agreement, HK FINANCE GP (as the lender) had previously entered into a past loan agreement to provide the borrowers and client AC with a total principal amount of HKD 23 million in past loans. The proceeds from the new loan will be used to fully settle the principal of past Loan A.
