HUA YIN INTL H (00989) announced the completion of the disposal of its 100% equity interest in Jilin Province Guangze Tourism Development. All preconditions set forth in the agreement have been fulfilled, and the disposal was completed on September 30, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Following the completion of the disposal and as of the date of this announcement, the target group is no longer a subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance will no longer be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
