JIADING INTL GP (08153) announced that Mr. Mou Zhongwei has resigned from his position as executive director, effective upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Mou Zhongwei will also cease to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Effective from the same date, Mr. Shan Haoquan, currently serving as an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, the share consolidation will take effect from September 23, 2025.
