Tesla's new vehicle registrations continued to rebound in France, Denmark, and the Netherlands during April.

Following two consecutive years of declining sales, including a nearly 27% drop in 2025, Tesla has staged a robust recovery in the European market this year.

In the first quarter, Tesla's overall sales in Europe surged by close to 45%. Since the outbreak of the Iran conflict on February 28, demand for both new and used electric vehicles has surged across Europe, primarily driven by rising oil prices.

Last month, Tesla received another boost in Europe: Dutch regulators approved its driver-assistance software for use. The Netherlands Vehicle Authority (RDW) has notified the European Commission and plans to seek compliance certification for the software across the entire European Union. The feature is currently offered by Tesla to users through a monthly subscription model.
