PC PARTNER (01263) announced that, in accordance with Article 168 of its Articles of Association, any unclaimed dividends six years after the declaration date will be forfeited and returned to the company. Shareholders are reminded that all dividends declared on or before August 24, 2018, and remaining unclaimed by January 14, 2026, will be forfeited and reverted to the company.
