Shanghai Qingpu Fire-Fighting Equipment Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 8115) has announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened on Monday, 16 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (local time) at 2/F, Block 4, No. 4621, Jiao Tong Road, PuTuo District, Shanghai, the PRC.

The EGM will address two special resolutions: (1) a proposed change of the Company’s name and (2) corresponding amendments to the Articles of Association. According to the announcement, the register of Members will be closed from 16 February 2026 to 16 March 2026 (both days inclusive), and shareholders wishing to attend must submit transfer documents before 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 13 February 2026.

The proxy arrangements and required documentation for both H Shareholders and Domestic Shareholders have been outlined, including valid forms of authorization and deadlines for submission. It is stated that the EGM is expected to last not more than half a day and that attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation expenses.
