Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited has released its latest corporate communication package—comprising the Annual General Meeting (AGM) circular, meeting notice and proxy form—on the Investor Relations section of its website (ir.ksyun.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will obtain hard copies with this mailing. All other investors can access the documents electronically; printed versions will be supplied free of charge upon request.

The enclosed Change Request Form enables shareholders to: 1) obtain a printed copy of the current AGM materials, and/or 2) alter future communication preferences, choosing among: • electronic delivery only (with email or postal notification), • printed English version, • printed Chinese version, or • both printed English and Chinese versions.

Completed forms should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via prepaid mail or emailed to 3896-ecom@vistra.com. The selected instruction will remain in effect until the earlier of a written revocation or 31 December 2026.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with online access may request printed documents at no cost. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (+852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
