According to the notification, the Online Platform (https://meetings.computershare.com/everestmed_2026EGM) will open 30 minutes before the official start time. Shareholders may log in using a 10-digit reference number, beginning with “C,” and a designated five-digit PIN. The announcement also provides guidance for appointing proxies, noting that email addresses of proxies must be included on the Proxy Form to facilitate receipt of the necessary login information.

For corporate representatives who wish to attend online, instructions on contacting the share registrar are provided. Everest Medicines specifies that should a proxy fail to receive login details by 10:00 a.m. on 23 February 2026, they are encouraged to contact the share registrar for assistance.
