Everbright Securities released its 2025 Sustainability Report, covering operations from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 across all domestic and overseas entities.

Financial Profile • Total assets reached RMB 318.11 billion and operating income stood at RMB 10.85 billion. • The company underwrote RMB 250.21 billion in direct financing, including RMB 95.88 billion earmarked for the real economy.

ESG Governance • The Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, under the Board, now sets ESG targets and reviews ESG performance. • Key ESG risks—customer rights, privacy, green finance and responsible investment—have been integrated into the overall risk framework.

Economic Contributions • Green-industry financing rose 99.9 % year-on-year to RMB 18.09 billion. • Sci-tech underwriting grew 43.8 % to RMB 29.42 billion. • Rural-revitalisation themed bonds totalled RMB 3.19 billion, up 29 %. • Financing for private enterprises increased 34.7 % to RMB 11.32 billion.

Responsible Investment • The group managed about 6,000 ESG funds worth RMB 23.40 billion and distributed 3,156 ESG public funds totalling nearly RMB 1.10 billion. • AAA-rated ESG products expanded by 12 % on an annual basis.

Climate Metrics (Scope 1 + 2) • Greenhouse-gas emissions: 12,331 tons CO₂e, or 1.59 tons per employee. • Electricity consumption: 22.63 million kWh; water consumption: 73,150 tons. • Green bond underwriting amounted to RMB 18.09 billion.

Digital Transformation • Twenty major upgrades were rolled out on the Golden Sunshine app; 670,000 new users joined in 2025. • An AI-driven customer-service platform and the “Sunshine e-Data” intelligent data framework won multiple national fintech awards.

Social Performance • Workforce totalled 7,763, of which 48 % were women; average training time reached 137.65 hours per employee. • Customer-service satisfaction remained high at 99.29 % across 262,900 consultations. • The company ran 304 information-security drills with no major incidents reported. • Direct donations for public-welfare projects, chiefly rural revitalisation, totalled RMB 9.27 million.
