The documents can be accessed through the company’s website (www.landseawy.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders experiencing difficulty in viewing the online files may obtain free printed copies by sending their name, address and request to landsea1965.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by written notice to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

For future corporate communications, shareholders can: 1. Provide an email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive documents electronically; or 2. Return the reply form enclosed with the notification letter to request hard-copy mailings.

The ESG Report is accessible under the “Sustainability Development” section of the company website and on HKEXnews. Printed versions can be requested via the same email or mailing address noted above.
