In response to an inquiry from an investigator, Shengda Resources Co., Ltd. stated that its subsidiary, Yichun Jinshi Mining, is currently handling the procedures to convert the exploration permit for the 460 Highland Copper-Molybdenum Mine into a mining permit.

After the relevant mine construction permits are obtained and all construction projects are completed, the operation must pass an inspection conducted by the local work safety supervision department before applying for a production safety license.

Upon securing the production safety license, a production plan will be formulated based on the mine's resource reserves and production capacity.

The specific output volume will be determined according to the actual data recorded after the mine commences operations.
