Legion Consortium Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 26 August 2026 to review and approve the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of an interim dividend declaration, if any.

The board currently comprises three executive directors—Ng Choon Eng (Chairman and CEO), Ng Kong Hock and Tham Chia Sze—alongside three independent non-executive directors—Ho Wing Sum, Yeo Teck Chuan and Teo Rainer Jia Kai.
