According to an announcement, HUADIAN POWER (01071) reported that as of September 30, 2025, the company and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") achieved a total power generation of 201.33 million megawatt-hours for the first three quarters of 2025, which represents a year-on-year decrease of approximately 5.87% when compared to the adjusted figures from the previous year; the amount of electricity sold to the grid was 189.24 million megawatt-hours, down approximately 5.94% from the adjusted figures of the prior year. The primary reasons for the decline in power generation and grid electricity sales in the first three quarters of 2025 are the continuous increase in installed capacity of renewable energy and the reduced operating hours of coal-fired power units. Preliminary calculations indicate that the average price of electricity sold to the grid for the first three quarters of 2025 was approximately RMB 509.55 per megawatt-hour, down about 2.76% compared with the adjusted figures from the same period last year.
