Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. (2598) announced that the Board nominated Mr. Shen Enguang (aged 41) and Mr. Sun Dali (aged 48) as co-presidents, with effect from November 11, 2025. They will jointly assist the chief executive officer in overall strategic planning and operations. Mr. Shen currently serves as deputy general manager and is responsible for global business, having previously held senior roles at HSBC Bank (China) Limited. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Concordia University. Mr. Sun is the president of the company and joined in December 2020. He previously served at Shanghai Tonghua Jinke Investment Holdings and All In Pay Network Services, and holds a doctoral degree in operational research and cybernetics from Zhejiang University.

The Board also announced that Mr. Xin Jie will step down as chief executive officer in March 2026 due to personal reasons. Prior to his formal resignation date, he will continue his current duties. The Board proposed to recommend Mr. Zhang Zhengyu (aged 59), the Chairman of the Board and an executive Director, to succeed Mr. Xin, with the appointment expected to take effect in March 2026. Mr. Zhang joined the Group in 2009, previously served as chief executive officer, and continues to oversee the company’s strategic planning. As of the announcement date, Mr. Zhang directly holds 10.49% of the company’s unlisted shares and is deemed interested in additional shares through Hangzhou Chuanglianzhixin Investment L.P., placing his total deemed interest at 25.87%. According to the Board, Mr. Zhang’s proposed appointment as chief executive officer will not involve additional service fees.
