Mapletree Industrial Trust (ME8U) announced on Jun, 30 2026 that Independent Non-Executive Director Guy Daniel Harvey-Samuel will retire from the board and the Audit and Risk Committee on Jul, 13 2026, in line with the nine-year tenure limit for independent directors.

Effective Jul, 14 2026, the board will comprise 12 directors, of whom 11 are non-executive and eight are independent. Andrew Chong Yang Hsueh will continue as Lead Independent Director, while Pok Soy Yoong will chair the Audit and Risk Committee.
