Haina Intel Sets 29 May 2026 AGM; Board Seeks Director Re-election, Auditor Re-appointment and Share Issuance Mandates

Haina Intelligent Equipment International Holdings Limited (Haina Intel) has issued the proxy form and agenda for its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM), scheduled for 29 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Room 3302, 33/F, West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

Key resolutions to be put to shareholder vote include:

1. Financial Statements • Receipt and consideration of the audited consolidated financial statements and the directors’ and independent auditor’s reports for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Re-election of Executive Directors Mr. Su Chengya and Mr. He Ziping. • Re-election of Non-executive Director Mr. Chang Chi Hsung. • Authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration.

3. Auditor • Re-appointment of Forvis Mazars CPA Limited as independent auditor and authorisation for the board to fix its remuneration.

4. Share Capital Mandates • Granting an unconditional general mandate empowering directors to allot, issue and deal with additional shares. • Granting an unconditional general mandate to repurchase the company’s own shares. • Extending the share-issuance mandate by the number of shares repurchased, capped at 10 % of total issued shares.

All voting will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.39(4). Shareholders who cannot attend in person may submit a duly completed proxy form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting.
