Issued shares steady at 354.82 million • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 354.82 million, unchanged from February. • Harbour Digital holds no treasury shares; consequently, total issued shares equal the number of outstanding shares. • Based on the HKD 0.001 par value, issued share capital amounts to approximately HKD 0.35 million.

Public-float requirement satisfied • The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold, maintaining at least 25 % of issued shares in public hands as of 31 March 2026.

No equity-linked instruments outstanding • The filing records no share-option grants, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could lead to new share issuance during the month. • There were no share repurchases, cancellations, redemptions, or transfers to treasury stock.

Administrative confirmation • The submission, filed on 2 April 2026 by Company Secretary Siu Wing Shan, states that all regulatory and listing requirements related to the company’s share capital have been met.
