On 24 October 2025, China Silver Technology Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 515), formerly known as TC Orient Lighting Holdings Limited, provided an update on its Board of Directors and four principal committees.

The Board includes four executive directors: Kam Kit (Chairman), Guo Jun Hao, Liang Jiaxin, and Li Xianggen. It also comprises three independent non-executive directors: Wong Kwok On, Qiu Yumei, and Chu Pui Ki Dickson. The committees are the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, and Compliance Committees. According to the current structure, Wong Kwok On is a member of all four committees, Qiu Yumei serves as chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, and Chu Pui Ki Dickson chairs the Audit and Compliance Committees.
