GOME Retail Holdings Limited disclosed a major share placement on 23 March 2026, adding 25.11 billion ordinary shares to its share capital under an agreement dated 16 January 2026.

The new shares were issued at HKD 0.015 each, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately HKD 376.63 million.

Following the placement, GOME Retail’s total issued share count rose from 47.89 billion to 73.00 billion, representing a 52.43% increase. No treasury shares were outstanding before or after the transaction.

The company confirmed that the issuance was duly authorised by the board and complied with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
