K2 F&B (02108) announced that Mr. Man Yun Wah has stepped down as the Company Secretary and the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), effective from November 13, 2025. Ms. Lam Wing Chi, who possesses the necessary professional qualifications and relevant experience as stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from November 13, 2025, succeeding Mr. Man.
