CHINA TAIPING (00966) has announced that Mr. Hu Xingguo has resigned from his positions as a non-executive director, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee, effective April 24, 2026. The resignation is due to Mr. Hu having reached retirement age.
