On March 30, a shareholder of FIH Group (02038) transferred shares from Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities to UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited. The value of the transferred shares was HK$10.093 billion, representing 64.46% of the holdings.

Previously, FIH Group released a preliminary announcement of its full-year results for the year ending December 31, 2025. The company reported revenue of US$6.658 billion, an increase of 16.74% year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the company for the year was US$52.727 million, turning a profit compared to a loss in the previous year. Earnings per share were 6.7 US cents, and a final dividend of 3.47 US cents per share was proposed.
