China Longyuan Power (00916) announced that the Board of Directors has nominated Mr. Gong Yufei and Mr. Wang Liqiang as executive director candidates for the sixth Board of Directors; Ms. Wang Xuelian, Mr. Zhang Tong, and Mr. Wang Yong as non-executive director candidates for the sixth Board of Directors; and Mr. Wei Mingde, Mr. Gao Debu, and Ms. Zhao Feng as independent non-executive director candidates for the sixth Board of Directors. The aforementioned non-employee director candidates, upon election approval by the company's shareholders' meeting, will jointly form the sixth Board of Directors together with employee directors and non-executive directors to be elected by the company's employee representative assembly in due course.
