On 28 April 2026, Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (“HISENSE HA”) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company website (hxjd.hisense.cn) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company is encouraging shareholders to shift to electronic dissemination for “Actionable Corporate Communications” by providing an email address through a QR-code system or the enclosed reply form. Shareholders preferring hard copies may still request printed reports free of charge by emailing hisense.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., at Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai.

If printed copies are required for future communications, shareholders must indicate this preference on the reply form; such instructions remain valid for one year. For enquiries, the registrar’s hotline is (852) 2862 8688, available on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time.
