UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880) announced that on January 22, 2026, the company entered into a partnership agreement with Liuzhou CHANKONG Fund and Liuzhou Industrial Guidance Fund. Under this agreement, the parties consented to establish a partnership to conduct investments in the smart robotics industry chain, leveraging Liuzhou City's existing industrial foundation. According to the terms of the partnership agreement, the total capital contribution from all partners is RMB660 million. Specifically, Liuzhou CHANKONG Fund will contribute RMB5 million, Liuzhou Industrial Guidance Fund will contribute RMB355 million, and the company will contribute RMB300 million. Liuzhou CHANKONG Fund will act as the general partner and fund manager of the partnership.

The partnership's objective is to focus on the smart robotics industry chain, utilizing Liuzhou's current industrial base to invest in upstream and downstream industries, core components, and smart infrastructure, aiming to create a new highland for the artificial intelligence and robotics industry. Established collectively by all partners, the partnership is designed to generate reasonable economic returns for its partners through its investment portfolio.

The establishment of this partnership is intended to leverage the management expertise of a professional fund team to integrate resources from various parties and identify high-quality projects with strong growth potential.
