Top Glove Corporation Bhd announced a change in substantial shareholding after Mr Lim Jin Feng acquired an additional 2.0 million ordinary shares on Feb, 13 2026 through a purchase made by his father, Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai.

Following the transaction, Mr Lim’s direct holding remains at 200,000 shares (0.002%). His indirect or deemed interest has risen to 2,906,732,660 shares, equivalent to 36.253% of the company’s issued share capital, giving him a total interest of 2,906,932,660 shares.
