The notice—addressed to non-registered shareholders—strongly recommends accessing the report electronically and details procedures for obtaining printed copies free of charge. Shareholders who experience difficulties with email notifications or web access may submit a signed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post or email (1120-ecom@vistra.com) to receive the current and future corporate communications in hard copy.

Non-registered holders who prefer electronic delivery must provide a functional email address through their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until this address is on file, the company can only send printed notices of publication.
