APAC Realty Limited announced on Nov, 20 2025 that its subsidiary, ERA Singapore, has been ranked first among 26 Singapore companies in the “Best Employers Asia-Pacific 2026” survey conducted by the Financial Times and Statista. ERA Singapore achieved a score of 81.99, improving on last year’s 79.36, and is the only Singapore-based real estate services provider on the list.

The regional ranking drew on feedback collected between May and Jun, 2025 from more than 50,000 employees, producing over 300,000 individual evaluations that measured satisfaction, workplace culture and willingness to recommend employers.

APAC Realty Limited operates the ERA brand across 17 markets and, as of Oct, 28 2025, supports more than 21,900 advisors in 565 offices. The Singapore arm, with 8,916 advisors, remains the group’s largest contributor by transaction value.
