Brockman Mining Limited (Brockman or the Company) announced the results of recently completed follow-up Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling at its 100%-owned Punda Springs iron ore project. The project is situated between the Company's Marillana and Ophthalmia iron ore projects, approximately 40 kilometers north of the town of Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The drilling program comprised 33 RC drill holes, totaling 2,199 meters of drilling. The focus was on wide-spaced and local infill drilling of the Eastern Mineralized Zone, with drill spacing of either 400m x 200m or 400m x 100m. All holes were vertical, with depths ranging from 36 meters to 90 meters. The drilling confirmed the grade and thickness of the iron mineralization and demonstrated the presence of at least two separate mineralized zones within the gently folded or shallow-dipping Boolgeeda Iron Formation. In addition to the Eastern Mineralized Zone, four initial reconnaissance holes were completed on the Western Mineralized Zone, which was not included in the initial drilling plan. Hole PRC0033 recorded the highest-grade iron mineralization intersected to date at Punda Springs. This hole intersected a 22-meter thick zone of iron mineralization from a depth of 40 meters, assaying 58.7% Fe. This mineralized area, which remains open along strike to the east and at depth, will be a priority target for follow-up drilling.
