ASMPT Limited disclosed on 18 May 2026 that it has allotted 1.57 million new ordinary shares pursuant to the company’s Employee Share Incentive Scheme adopted on 24 March 2020. The shares were issued at HKD 0.10 each and were granted to scheme participants who are not directors of the company.

Prior to the issuance, ASMPT had 417.84 million shares in issue. The new allotment increases the company’s issued share capital by 0.38 %, bringing the total number of issued shares to 419.41 million.

The filing confirms there were no outstanding treasury shares, and the company has not undertaken any share repurchase or redemption transactions during the period. The board affirms that all regulatory, listing-rule and legal requirements related to the share issuance have been duly satisfied.
