Following the completion of this share increase, CCCC Group holds 9.375 billion A-shares and 315 million H-shares of the company. The H-share holdings represent approximately 7.12% of the company's total issued H-shares, with the combined holdings accounting for approximately 59.52% of the company's total issued share capital.
