East Buy Holding Limited released an announcement on 29 May 2026 detailing the latest composition of its Board of Directors and the membership of its three key committees.

The Board now comprises two executive directors—Chairman Yu Minhong and Yin Qiang—one non-executive director, Sun Chang, and four independent non-executive directors: Lin Zheying, Kwong Wai Sun Wilson, Yan Andrew Y and Wan Zhe.

Committee structures were confirmed as follows: • Audit Committee – Chaired by Lin Zheying with members Kwong Wai Sun Wilson and Wan Zhe. • Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Yan Andrew Y with members Sun Chang and Kwong Wai Sun Wilson. • Nomination Committee – Chaired by Yu Minhong with members Lin Zheying and Yan Andrew Y.

These appointments take immediate effect, reinforcing East Buy’s governance framework through a balanced mix of executive, non-executive and independent oversight across its audit, remuneration and nomination functions.
