SINCERE (00244) has announced that the group expects to record a net loss attributable to shareholders ranging from HK$63 million to HK$65 million for the 2025 fiscal year. This compares to a net loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$40.1 million reported for the 2024 fiscal year. The anticipated increase in net loss is primarily attributed to the absence of a gain from a property disposal, which was completed in July 2024 and contributed approximately HK$30.6 million in the 2024 fiscal year. Although the gross profit decreased by approximately HK$5.6 million to about HK$63.6 million (2024 fiscal year: approximately HK$69.2 million), the group's revenue for the 2025 fiscal year increased by about HK$2.9 million to approximately HK$134.2 million. Furthermore, the impact was partially offset by (i) a reduction in general and administrative expenses of approximately HK$7.3 million to about HK$42.7 million for the 2025 fiscal year; and (ii) a decrease in finance costs of approximately HK$7.1 million to around HK$16 million for the 2025 fiscal year.
