HC GROUP Inc. (Stock Code: 02280) announced that it may be unable to release its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2025 by the 31 March 2026 deadline prescribed under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.49(1).

The company cited the need for additional time to complete audit procedures and address outstanding requests from its auditors. A knock-on delay in publishing the FY2025 annual report, due on or before 30 April 2026 under Listing Rule 13.46(2), is also anticipated.

Management stated that publishing unaudited management accounts is not considered appropriate, as the available information may not accurately reflect the Group’s financial position.

Under Listing Rule 13.50, failure to publish the FY2025 results by 31 March 2026 would normally trigger a trading suspension in HC GROUP shares from 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026, which would remain in force until the requisite financial information is released.

The board will announce the rescheduled board-meeting date for approving the FY2025 results, the revised publication timeline, and any further material developments in due course.
