On 24 July 2026, Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited (“Tsugami China”) published its Annual Report 2026, an accompanying circular dated the same day, and the formal Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The complete English and Chinese versions of these documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.tsugami.com.cn) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). The board encourages shareholders to review the electronic versions to facilitate faster access and reduce paper consumption.

For non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS, printed copies can be obtained free of charge upon request. A completed Request Form should be sent to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or by email to 1651-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring to receive future corporate communications electronically are advised to submit their functional email addresses through their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is recorded, notifications of new publications will continue to be dispatched in hard-copy form.
