Hong Kong, 21 March 2026 – EB ENVIRONMENT (China Everbright Environment Group Limited) released a detailed list of current directors and their respective roles across the company’s governance framework.

The seven-member Board now consists of: • Executive Directors – Chairman Wang Silian and Chief Executive Officer Luan Zusheng • Non-executive Directors – Kang Guoming and Qu Li • Independent Non-executive Directors – Fan Yan Hok, Philip; Li Shuk Yin, Edwina; and Fok Kai Man

To strengthen oversight, the Board maintains five specialised committees—Audit, Risk Management, Nomination, Remuneration and Sustainability—each chaired or supported by directors as follows: • Committee chair positions are held by Wang Silian, Luan Zusheng, Fan Yan Hok, Philip and Li Shuk Yin, Edwina. • All independent non-executive directors sit on multiple committees, enhancing independent oversight. • The Risk Management Committee also includes additional company personnel, indicating a broader operational remit.
