KERRY PPT (00683) announced that on November 17, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Kerry Development (as tenant) accepted an offer from Ubagan (as landlord) to renew the existing lease for certain properties at Kerry Centre (including Room 2 on the 3rd floor, and the 5th, 22nd, 25th, and 26th floors). The lease term is two years, running from November 19, 2025, to November 18, 2027 (inclusive). The monthly rent amounts to approximately HKD 2.322 million. The group has been using these properties as its corporate offices in Hong Kong and has decided to renew the lease for the same purpose.
